Gaultmillau Benelux NV is a company under Belgian law with exclusively Belgian investors and a purely Benelux management team.
**Use of the Gault&Millau name and logo**
The Gault&Millau name, logo and all associated marks remain the exclusive property of Gault&Millau and may not be used without prior written authorisation.
Any use in merchandising, promotion, product placement, advertising, packaging or on products of any kind is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing beforehand. This applies equally to abbreviations, adaptations and references that may suggest an association with Gault&Millau.
Where unauthorised use occurs, Gault&Millau reserves the right to require its immediate withdrawal and to charge a regularisation fee, without prejudice to any further legal remedies.
